Kaleb Hogeland, founder
Built by Kaleb Hogeland.
I'm a U.S. Navy veteran. My engineering years were at Space and Naval Warfare, working on software systems. I've also owned and run a business and worked in field sales. Hoagie Work Force puts all of that to work for other people: take a clear brief, do the job properly, and hand it back on the date we agreed.
Background
At Space and Naval Warfare, a change nobody wrote down was a change nobody could trust. That habit stuck with me.
Running my own business and working in field sales taught me the other side: what it's like to be the person paying for a result. You want a clear price, a date you can plan around, and no surprises.
How I work
Every job starts with a written scope: what you get, the fixed price, and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
Changes are logged, the same way I was trained to handle them. If the job changes, the scope and price change in writing first.
I care more about what actually works than about hype.
What you can count on
- A fixed price and a date, in writing, before any work starts.
- Work checked against the scope before it's called done.
- One round of revisions on every job.
- A straight answer. If something can't be done well in the time, I'll say so up front.
Tell me what you need.
A few lines about the job is enough. I'll send back a written scope with a fixed price and a date.
